Bookings

By making a booking you agree to paying the appointment cost, which is due post the consultation. Any unpiad invoi9ces will be referred for third party collection action. For  the University and Vocational Education and Training (VET) course selection service, payment is required before the written report is provided.

As each consultation appointment requires research and preparation and is subject to availability; we require that any changes made to your appointment are made 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. If you cancel or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 non attendance fee.

We do understand that emergencies do happen, and this fee may be waivered subject to our discretion.
